Job description

Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating terms and coordinating preemployment checks.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize data insights to optimize recruitment processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and inhouse agencies to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Participate in recruitment planning meetings and provide input on talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
