Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating terms and coordinating preemployment checks.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize data insights to optimize recruitment processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and inhouse agencies to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
- Participate in recruitment planning meetings and provide input on talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
