Requirements

  • At least 3 years related working experience in related field
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • Understanding of labor law and disciplinary procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude in problemsolving.
  • Able to commute to Rawang.

Responsibility

  • Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
  • Handle employee requests, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, attract, retain and develop a high performing team.
  • Responsible for calculating employees' wages, bonuses and other benefits to ensure they are paid on time and accurately. This includes calculating overtime, time off, taxes and any other deductions
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including facility management, safety, and office supply management.
  • Manage office budgets and expenses.
  • Manage contracts and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease.
  • Prepare and maintain company documents such as employee handbook, legal compliance, and policy documents.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Implement and administer employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits.
