Business Development Consultant (Business Planning and Negotiation)

1) Market Analysis and Business Planning:

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the tiny house industry within North America and Canada.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans outlining strategies for establishing and nurturing B2B dealership relationships.

2) Identification and Targeting of Prospective Partners:

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners for B2B dealerships, considering factors such as market presence, alignment with our brand, and growth potential.
  • Develop a targeted approach to engage and attract prospective partners through effective communication and presentations.

3) Negotiation and Partnership Development:

  • Lead negotiations with potential B2B dealership partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Develop strong relationships with partners to foster longterm collaborations and mutual success.

4) Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Legal departments to ensure seamless execution of business plans and negotiations.
  • Provide insights and support to enhance overall business development strategies.

5) Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of B2B dealership partnerships against predefined KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports outlining key insights, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, with a focus on B2B partnerships and negotiations.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Indepth understanding of the market dynamics and trends in North America and Canada.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and conditions in business deals.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations and effectively communicate complex business plans.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within crossfunctional teams.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
