  • To operate weighbridge computer system for weighing
  • Preparation of daily and monthly weighbridge report
  • Ensure compliance of weighbridge license
  • Compile, coordinate and distribute reports, and other information, as required.
  • Establish and maintain record keeping and filing systems.
  • Complete and update department regular reports.
  • Manage fund and record of purchase from fresh fruit bunches smallholders.
  • Independently perform administrative tasks for department members, as assigned.
  • Provide regular back up coverage and clerical support as requested.
  • Assist in other office duties, when needed.
