Documentation and administrative support - To operate weighbridge computer system for weighing - Preparation of daily and monthly weighbridge report - Ensure compliance of weighbridge license - Compile, coordinate and distribute reports, and other information, as required. - Establish and maintain record keeping and filing systems. - Complete and update department regular reports. - Manage fund and record of purchase from fresh fruit bunches smallholders. - Independently perform administrative tasks for department members, as assigned. - Provide regular back up coverage and clerical support as requested. - Assist in other office duties, when needed.
