Purchase Admin - Job Description

  • Issuing Purchase order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into SQL System
  • Track orders and arrangement timely delivery and pick up.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Daily checking purchase request outstanding records
  • Maintain updated records of supplier quotation.
  • Prepared supporting document for tax exemptions

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master computer tools (MS Excel & words)
  • Skills with administrative files
  • Good interpersonal
  • SPM or higher education

WORKING HOURS:
MONDAY TO FRIDAY (8.30AM - 5.30PM)

LOCATION:

TAMAN IMPIAN EMAS

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Student job

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
