Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general upkeep and conducting daily routine building inspections for the common properties.
  • Manage stock inventory for maintenance stock
  • Handyman works (electrical, building repairs, lighting, aircond maintenance, plumbing, carpenter and painting work)
  • Inspection mechanical and electronic (M&E) troubleshooting and installation.
  • Able to respond to an emergency call from the management (including weekends).
  • Assist in overseeing all premises' daily maintenance, upkeep and conditions. Entirely in charge of UK Heights matters.
  • Assist in monitoring internal housekeeping, building contractors, and utility maintenance contractors.
  • Assist in carrying out a listing of all maintenance contracts, and key equipment, such as electrical switchboards, standby generator, lift, fire alarm installation, water tanks, etc, to determine their current conditions and warranties.
  • To perform other duties as required by the Management.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Handyman skill
  • Working knowledge in basic electrical and airconditional
  • Possess good driving skills.

Salary:
RM2, RM30,000.00 per month
