Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at TIME's Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, equipment, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: Oversee the general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Develop and maintain schedules for preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Insurance and Compliance: Communicate with insurance carriers to ensure that all facilities, equipment, and property are adequately insured and compliant with regulations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the building meets health and safety requirements and oversee safety compliance throughout the entire facility and grounds.
  • Project Management: Work with the team to design and implement projects for optimum workflow and cost management.
  • Maintenance Services: Provide a variety of maintenance services, including carpentry, electrical, elevator, plumbing, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
  • Tool Management: Effectively use and maintain a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Waste Disposal: Oversee and manage paint waste disposal, including storage, training, and record keeping.
  • Fire Protection: Maintain fire protection equipment, inspections, and employee training.
  • Employee Training: Assist with employee training as assigned (i.e., forklift, fire extinguishers, severe weather, etc.).
  • Security: Supervise and manage the security of the facility, including supervising security guards and preparing the weekly duty roster.
  • CCTV Management: Monitor and manage all CCTV cameras and report any issues to your supervisor.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures pertaining to security matters.
  • Overtime Claims: Verify the overtime claims of security guards.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that the building, premises, and toilets are always clean and safe.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including sending finance to the bank and picking up and dropping off staff when required.
  • Ad Hoc Functions: Be available and on standby for any ad hoc functions at the request of the Company or your supervisor.
