Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative tasks, which may include manage and organize office operations
  • Administrators oversee daytoday operations, such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Analyzing and improving operational processes and systems
  • Managing budgets, resources, and inventory
  • Evaluating and reporting on operational performance and metrics
  • Identifying and resolving any operational issues or risks
  • Implementing and enforcing quality control and safety measures
  • Hiring, training, and developing operational staff as well as communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in business, management, ecommerce or any relevant field
  • Minimum 12 years of working experience in admin and operation environment
  • Language: Mandarin, English and Malay
  • Good administrative and communication skills
  • Willing to work in Desa Petaling, Kuala Lumpur
  • Full time position available

Job Types:

RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
