Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Admin Executive.

The HR Admin Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with new hire paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HRrelated matters, such as benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events to promote a positive work culture.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, training and development, and employee surveys.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and effective communication across the organization.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fastpaced environment.
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
