HR CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE

  • Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and regulations
  • Oversee and manage employeremployee relationships
  • Handle HR related investigations
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Handle payroll
  • Prepare and submit monthly internal reporting
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure information accuracy and timeliness
  • Identify, Analyze and Implement Process Improvements in operations, reports and KPIs
  • To ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are updated periodically
  • To support the Manager in achieving the process objectives
  • Opportunity to participate in transitions of new scopes
  • Handling adhoc requests on a timely manner
  • Building supportive relationships with peers and colleague
  • Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
  • Manage and prepare staff payroll processing (attendance, leave management record, EPF, Socso, PCB, etc).
  • Check employees attendance, leave record and manage overall staff personnel files.
  • Update daily attendance and leave record and ensure that the records are accurate.
  • Overall documentation including issuing Letter of Employment, Confirmation Letter and others related letters.
  • Prepare and doing the participate tender/quotation.
  • To undertake all admin duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior and the management.
  • Good documentation and follow up skill to ensure the daily operation is running smooth for all department.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Top Management.
  • Coordinate and direct numerous work activities to employees.
  • Participate in the various processes of hiring, training, onboarding and employee disciplinary issues.
  • Giving operation support to business operation and business marketing team department.

Requirement

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s)
    :HR Manual & Software, MS Office and basic understanding of HR principles.
  • Preferably Executive specialized in HR role / Finance or equivalent.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Hardworking, willing to learn and selfmotivated.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
