Our company provide ambulance services such as : Patient transportation, Sports Events (first aid standby), Rent/Sell Medical Equipments and Medical Appointments.

HR cum Admin:

  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Manage surveys locations and renting office
  • Ensure that the office is maintained in good order for a productive working environment.
  • Manages all administrative tasks of the organization
  • Manage office supplies & equipment (printer & printing paper, cleaning products, sundry items, beverages, snacks etc.)
  • Manage the relationship namely with vendors/suppliers (Door System, Phoneline, Internet, landlord, building management, electrical contractor, Air-Con contractor, Pest Control, Metronics, etc) to upkeep office operation.
  • Ensure all office equipment maintenance is carried out as scheduled.
  • Manage post, deliveries, couriers, telephone calls,
  • Help manage client's messages with good customer service and schedule client's appointments

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources and/or have taken short courses in Human Resources OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of 12 years' relevant working experience
  • Sound knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act & Labour Laws and Grievance Procedures
  • Knowledge of business and management principles.
  • Familiarity or have experience working with Ambulance transportation or medical environment is preferred
  • Experience in implementing, maintaining and improving relevant systems and procedures
  • Familiarity across the recruitment process
  • Independent, sound judgement and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (required)
Human Resources Management: 1 year (required)

  • Ambulance/medical background working: 1 year (preferred)
