HR and Admin Executive

Job duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support for HR Department in full spectrum of the HR job scope for the Company and its subsidiaries
- Organize and update company HR and administrative related records and documentation
- Manage and update HR database such as hiring and termination, sick leaves, and warning letters
- Assist in payroll management (preparation and payment)
- Handle Admin Department of the company, which includes but not limiting to the Purchasing and Maintenance divisions
- Provide answers to employee queries
- Help in recruitment process
- Assist in other adhoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Able to communicate well in English and is computer literate
- Diligent, detailoriented, independent
- Positive, energetic and teamplayer
- Required languages: English, Mandarin
Working days:
Wednesday - Sunday
Working hours: 9.30am - 6.30pm
Benefits:
