Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support in Pre-Sales & Demo for the PAM tools like RH PAM / IBM BAW / IBM Open Edition.
  • Lead the development of relevant project processes and documentation, including project roadmaps & translate requirements into project deliverables.
  • Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and
- procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

  • Identify potential challenges to the project and communicate with the Implementation Team & Client appropriately to alleviate risk to the project and ensure it is delivered per agreed timescales and cost.
  • Collaboratively work with customers, project team members and partners & lead project communication throughout the system implementation
  • Perform as the product owner during scrum meetings & prioritize project requirements.
  • Support project delivery like development, Testing and support SIT/UAT/Performance Test activities.
  • Manage / deliver projects ensuring timeline, quality and budget is met.
  • Manage and nurture Services Consultants on the product.

Required Knowledge & Skill:

  • Min Diploma or Degree in relevant course
  • Strong handson experience in business process definition and designing solution.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and implementing cloud/SaaS software solutions.
  • Experience estimating work effort, manging projects, creating detailed project documents.
  • History of successful project completion for projects.
  • Team player with ability to work well in team settings as well as ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision.
  • Client service minded and ability to prioritize and manage time well to ensure timely service delivery
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage adhoc requests in a timely and quality driven manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally English to liaise with our Englishspeaking colleagues.
