    Key responsibilities of this role:
  • Key member to any Green Technologies corporate transactions including M&A, strategic investments, monitoring of investments, equity & debt fund raising.
  • Evaluates and implements business initiatives and process engineering around strategic planning, financial, tax and reorganization activities within Green Technologies businesses.
  • Performs and coordinates financial, tax and operational due diligence with internal resources or with external advisors (e.g. legal counsel, auditors).
  • Work closely with Business Unit Leads in building business cases, projection models and forecasting of funding requirements.
  • Participate and coordinate workstreams involving reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including Group Finance, Company Secretary and Group Strategy teams, including Corporate Communications, Sustainability, Risk Management, Compliance and Risk management.
  • Preparation and review of information in various data room for businesses that we own and operate, joint venture entities and strategic investment portfolios.
  • Preparation of business review presentations and monitoring reports
  • To execute any other duties as and when required by immediate superior or management.

Specific Qualifications Required:

  • Degree in Finance, Commerce, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or any related field
  • At least 3 years of work experience in large corporate environment or consulting firm
  • Energetic team player with ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Strong ability to work laterally across different business units and vertically across all levels
  • Keen interest in innovating and seeking new ways of doing thing
