  • Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing materials, price negotiation & comparison and delivery status.
  • Responsible on purchasing requisitions, quotation enquiries, issuance of purchase order and invoicing.
  • To coordinate with all related departments in order to achieve the plan target and schedule.
  • To ensure and practice a proper filing system.
  • To enquire and evaluate quotations from supplier.
  • Evaluate & access supplier performance
  • Coordinate, monitor and follow up with other dept. and supplier on time delivery.
  • Estimate procurement monthly budget
  • Issue PO and maintain systematic filing of PO.
  • Matching invoice with DO & PO.
  • To perform all other adhoc duties assigned by superiors whenever necessary from time to time.
  • Assigned supplier for installation of wall unit, Gondola, Standees in all selling channel.
  • Liaise with Sales dept. for repair damage display unit in all outlet.

Requirements:

  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PP
  • Preferably min. 2 year(s) of working experience
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Required language(s): 3 Languages entitled.
  • Experience in retail & FMCG is an advantage
  • Preferably possess own transport.
  • Preferably can start work ASAP
  • Willing to work at Bandar Utama.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
