Recruitment and Selection:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage employee disciplinary processes, including conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Performance Management:

  • Administer the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement strategies and career development opportunities.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify training needs through performance evaluations and skills assessments, and develop training plans accordingly.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, administration, and communication.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in human resource management, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocount software.
