Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
  • Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Preparing and presenting HRrelated reports to management
  • Design and run employee training and development programs
  • Processing Payroll
  • Preparing HR Documents (Memo, employment contract, offer letter, warning letter and so on)
  • Respond to employees' questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they're eligible for)
  • Support daily production manpower issue
  • Assist and examine employee claims
  • Any other hr admin tasks assigned by upper level

Job Requirement:_

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Management or related field
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Solid communication skills
  • Detailoriented and able to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin & English

Job Types:

RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
