Summary

Job Responsibility
General Ledger and month end reporting

Conduct period closing and reporting process accurately and efficiently, proactively communication of potential issues or risk to controllership team.
Post manual journal entry as needed;
Post daily incoming collection against AR balances
Perform monthly reconciliation.
Perform monthly and quarterly Balance Sheet Review, deep dive for key account and outstanding balances
Assist manager/controller for other report preparation & submission in a timely manner, complete account reconciliation and other ad hoc requests.
Act as internal & external audit coordinator.
Ensure full compliance with statutory policy, IFRS etc.
Other adhoc tasks as required by superior

Fixed Asset Accounting

Intercompany

Perform intercompany billings and accounting based on defined list, procedure or when directed
Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance or Diploma are welcome to apply
2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with specific experience in recordtoreport processes.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is a plus.
Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Shared Service experience preferred.
