Project Title:
Failure Analysis Flow Value Stream Mapping

Description:
Map Value Stream of RMA, Qual, RPM & IPM FA flow.

Scope:

  • Understand and learn Failure Analysis flow.
  • Map value stream of FA flow, all the steps that add value as well as nonvalue added.
  • Identify waste, reduce process cycle times and implement process improvements.

Supporting Team:

  • RMA FA Team

Deliverables:

  • Able to map out all Failure Analysis Flow, identify the waste.

Stretch Goal:

  • Map out the improved FA flow
Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering
