Project Title:
RMA FA tracking & reporting automation

Description:
Automate RMA FA report by customer, pareto and report

Scope:

- RMA FA flow, failure bucket, root cause and closure
- Develop script in Tableau

Supporting Team:

- RMA FA Team

Deliverables:

- Able to develop code to automate FA results, pareto and report by weekly
- Extract result from RMA FA system

Stretch Goal:

- Improve accuracy for report

Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
