Responsibility

  • Learns the

  • Learns all the Front of House stations in the restaurant. (Cashier, Beverage, Front of House)
  • Be open to learn and improve
  • Practices good health habits, personal cleanliness and work attitude.
  • Complies with the Code of Conduct.
  • Always be punctual, efficient and courteous. Must have a pleasing and helpful attitude towards all the guests and colleagues at all times.
  • Performs all assignments / tasks given to him by the superior before or after opening or closing of the restaurant operation.
  • Attends daily briefing and takes down all details and notes.
  • Always informs customer complaints, compliments and comments to the superior immediately.
  • Informs superior immediately if found any customer's item, hand phone, wallet and other personal belongings.
  • Knows, practices and fully understands on the standard of service, standard of food and beverage set up and side counter set up.

Requirements:

  • Required language: Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Required Skills: Resultsoriented, team player, positive attitude, customer oriented, selfmotivated, willingness to learn
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holiday.
