Finance and Account Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Able to handle full set of accounts including monthly management reports, required schedules, bank reconciliation, budget monitoring, and intercompany reconciliation.
  • Manage day to day financial & accounting operations.
  • Ensure all documents received are checked, validated, and matched accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, company policies and SOP.
  • Prepare monthend closing are prioritized and deadline are delivered on time.
  • Perform submission & monitoring SST report & Departure.
  • Assist in SOP compilation and improving internal control process.
  • Able to liaise with auditors, tax agent, banker, lawyer and other authority.
  • Perform any other adhoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 13 years relevant working experience in accounts, taxation and similar roles.
  • Ability to work independently and self motivated.
  • Possess positive motivated, well organized and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to written and spoken in English/Malay/Mandarin.
  • Preferably in UBS accounting software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel for creating reports, presentations and documentation.

Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
