Objectives of this role:

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
  • Maintain office systems, including data management, filing, assisting on research and follow up with action on matters which fall within especially related to sales and business development of the company.
  • Chasing responses, triggering follow up action, maintain appropriate timeline.
  • Assist on finding business opportunities and manage customer relationships
  • Assist on the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
  • Assist on proposals preparation, ability to qualify opportunity and propose appropriate products
  • Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
  • Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings and client meetings, researching and assisting with program development for existing clients and new prospects

; Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in secretary, business administration, sales or a related discipline
  • Multitasking, reliable, professional, and able to balance customer orientation and a resultsdriven approach.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiation principles
  • Knowledge of MS Office, any CRM software is a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Enthusiastic, fun, and passionate
