We are looking for a Growth Account Executive for our prestigious client in the software development industry. This is a hybrid position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage the sales process, including positioning, presentation/demonstration of the product, and closing warm leads generated by marketing and sales development.
  • Full sales cycle rep, actively managing the sales process, including positioning, presentation/demonstration of product, and closing.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and present the value of the company's software to C-level executives
  • A Hunter mindset - resourceful when coming up with a territory plan, sourcing for leads & opportunities, and able to generate enough curiosity to land the crucial first meetings with the target Accounts.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customers.
  • Demonstrate our product via video conferencing or on-site visit.
  • Involvement in South-East Asia Market Expansion.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in internet technology and e-commerce.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Min. 1 year of experience in SME Growth Sales
  • Experience carrying a quota and closing deals in software (business applications preferred) or technology sales.
  • Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions.
  • Proven ability to work well within a team environment while accomplishing individual tasks.
  • High level of curiosity and empathy with the ability to understand a potential customer's context, issues, and pain points through effective questioning and listening.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a good understanding of the sales cycle and the importance of accurate pipelining and forecast reporting.
  • CRM (e.g. Hubspot) & marketing experience preferred
  • Strong customer references.
