Business Growth Manager

Overview:
- They don't need to do sales, the role is based on commission which is 80% base and 20 % commission
- You will be dealing with Manufacturing customers and helping our Client grow in their manufacturing business (i.e. revenue from manufacturing clients).
Responsibilities:
- Provide a consultative sales capability centered around customer visits, assessments, and executive briefings for targeted manufacturing accounts to improve win rate and identify upsell/crosssell opportunities
- Lead and execute an actionable strategic growth plan for the manufacturing vertical across APAC which considers subregional nuances. The datadriven plan should draw on market trends and insights and outline activities required
- Maintain relationships with regional manufacturing channel leaders, including hardware and software reselling partners and key influencers
- Keep up to date with manufacturing trends and developments
- Provide inputs to the Regional Product Management team to guide product development
- Carry out other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders; clientfacing experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
- Travel required on a businessneed basis
