Requirements:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Devise actionable marketing strategies from findings on customer insights and their behaviour.
  • Bring the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams consisting of marketing, operations, and product and technology to drive acquisition.
  • Identify the "why" and prioritise the "what" in order to drive impact.
  • Manage and measure effectiveness of digital marketing channels.
  • Oversee all the company's social media accounts.
  • Track, measure, and report relevant metrics. This involves a good understanding of Google Analytics and CRM systems.
  • Conduct research on competitors and provide suggestions for improvements.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, User Research agencies, Marketing agencies, and eCommerce industries.
  • Has experience in user research using customer insights and data for decision making.
  • Familiar with putting together data from multiple sources to tell a story.
  • Good in copywriting, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of SEM and Social Media Marketing.
  • Resultsdriven with a keen analytical ability to turn insights into action.
  • Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fastpaced, team environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem solve with excellent time management skills.
  • Creative selfstarter and quick learner with a cando attitude.
  • Can work independently, is selfreliant, and selfmotivated.
