  • Ensure that the highest standard of food quality and personal hygiene.
  • Assist in the preparation and baking of all bakery items/pastry according to the standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in minimizing the material wastage through correct portion measurements.
  • Maintain good knowledge of baking standard through training from immediate superior and/or manual guide provided.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of the workstation.
