In this role, you will be responsible to assist the monitoring of collections to meet strict working capital targets and ensuring that collections are received according to credit terms.


Responsibilities:

  • Key in payments received, tag invoices, and send reminder letters to issue Debit and Credit Notes.
  • Verify payments received and prepare AR reconciliations with customers' record.
  • Reconciliation of payments received while analysing and correcting discrepancies.
  • Accrue royalty and commission.
  • Conduct intercompany reconciliation.
  • Provide support during monthend and yearend closing as well as complete monthly closing procedures.
  • Assist with financial yearend audits.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of two years of working experience, preferably in auditing.
  • Possess good command in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Has strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet datelines.

Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
