Job Scope:

  • Provide high quality service for Incoming calls from customers and prospects related to Leads, quotes or orders
  • Leads registration, qualification and distribution
  • Selected quote creation, followup, revision and closing
  • Nurturing of highvalue leads and highpotential dormant customers
  • Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads
  • Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practise Ideas
  • Customer prospecting by on demand leads generation
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new customer solutions
  • Generating cross leads to other divisions
  • To sell consumables and small quotes followup on selected accounts via phone and electronic media

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar position or in a technical position
  • Understanding of sales & distribution with basic project management skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM2, RM3,600.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
