Physiotherapist Assistant

Location:
Oakland, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan (Physiotherapy Centre)
Operation Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Duties: Welcome patients and provide friendly and professional reception services.
  • Contact and

Schedule Appointments:
Assist patients in scheduling treatment appointments, ensuring efficient management of appointment schedules.

  • Organize Files: Maintain and organize patient records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Collect Payment from Customers and issue receipts
  • Assist Physiotherapist on device preparation
  • Basic cleaning and sanitization task

Requirements:

  • Possess diploma in physiotherapy is preferable
  • Passion for patient care with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills to remain composed in a busy environment
  • Team player with a positive work attitude
