Secretary Clerk

Brief Job Description:
- Performs secretarial function for the Head of Department as well as other staff in the departments.
- Type and proof read documents, faxes, reports and correspondence for the department.
- Co-ordinate and carry out photocopying for the department.
- File and maintain documents for the department according to the established system.
- Provide administration assistance to other staff within the section.
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms.
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Document expenses and hand in reports.
- Handle all travel arrangement e.g. flight and other means of transportation, hotel reservation, etc.
Qualification :
Preferably Diploma in Secretarial Science or equivalent. At least 1-2 years working experience in related field.
Specific Knowledge:
Knowledge of general office procedure.
Computer literate with knowledge of basic Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point).
Must be able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Independent, self-motivated, proactive working attitude.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
