1. To handle all telephone calls and enquiries;
To report for duty punctually and with well-groomed appearance:

  • To ensure that the receptionist area is always kept clean and tidy;
  • To assist other personnel in your job related functions as and when required;
  • To carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time
  • To conduct stock check to ensure adequate of office stationery and grocery supplies;
  • To update staff leave record;
  • To prepare all admin related Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition and Payment Requisition;
  • To in charge for dispatch clerk daily job arrangement;
  • To monitor cleaner monthly job checklist;

Requirements:

  • A team player, flexible and willing to take up challenges.
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:
