Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for management
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and documentation
  • Clerical Duties:
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is uptodate and easily accessible
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Management Assistance
  • Provide support to management by compiling data, and preparing reports
  • Assist in the coordination of events, including logístical arrangements and communication with stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between management and other staff members, conveying instructions and requests as needed
  • Help in the implementation of administrative policies and procedures
  • General Support
  • Assist colleagues and team members with tasks as required
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Pay:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
