Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Business Management and Control Services ("BMCS") core activities, including risk and control management, change management initiatives, and management information ("MI") data and reporting.
  • Ensure timely escalation of any issues to Head of Operations, Executive Advisor, and Management.
- through with tasks/initiatives with internal and external stakeholders, including periodical tasks, initiatives, risks and compliance related matters within the Operations department.

  • Handle all other assignments/tasks as and when delegated by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

  • Applicant must have a recognized Degree or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution.
  • Minimum 03 years of relevant working experience in backoffice operations role, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
  • Selfmotivated person who is a team player with the ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities.
  • Possess initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Work independently with mínimal supervision, demonstrating creativity in problemsolving and critical thinking. Must be able to multitask.
  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
