Responsibilities:

  • Plan weekly menus in collaboration with household members, taking into account dietary preferences, restrictions, and special requests.
  • Grocery shopping for fresh, highquality ingredients.
  • Prepare and cook three meals a day, including breakfast at 8.00am, lunch at 12.30pm, and dinner at 6.30pm, adhering to specific dietary requirements.
  • Working days are 10 days on and 2 days off with exception to public holidays.
  • Ensure that meals are nutritious, wellbalanced, and visually appealing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and regular cleaning of cooking equipment.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supply levels, and communicate any needs for restocking to household members.
  • All the time assist with meal service and cleanup, as needed.
  • Prepare for the whole household
  • Prepare for family members upon request
  • Any other meal preparation i.e tea time if required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Chef or similar role, preferably in a private household setting.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary school is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
  • Ability to create diverse and flavorful menus that cater to different dietary preferences and restrictions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing schedules and lastminute requests.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with household members and other staff members.

Pay:
RM6, RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Early shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

  • Chef: 3 years (preferred)

Language:

  • MALAY & ENGLISH (preferred)
