Overall Role and Responsibility:
Sales support & Customer service in cooperation with the sales managers and customers within the global regions/areas in Palsgaard.

Main Task:
General support in the sales process for defined regions/areas:

  • Customer correspondence, high level service
  • Order creation
  • Customer creation
  • Create quotations in cooperation with sales managers
  • Prepare status regarding credit limit issues on daily basis
  • Assist in updating sales forecast
  • Register questionnaires in CRM and general cooperation with Regulatory affairs department
  • Assist in sample /opportunity registration in CRM
  • Coordinate needs for special label creation
  • Seminars/Visits/Reservations/invitation letters
  • Create claims from customers
  • Ad hoc support to sales process and management
  • Improvements in sales processes and ITsystems globally
  • Might handle some direct customers (Segment C &D)

Job Type:
Permanent

Salary:
RM6, RM7,000.00 per month
