Job Purpose and Scope of Position:

- Responsible for customer service towards customers (being Distributors/Agents/Subsidiaries) according to defined criteria and guidelines.
- Work to be conducted according to the company's policy, safety and Quality management system, specifically relevant is the quality handbook and its work instructions.

Main task key responsibilities:

- Responsible for the defined customers in AX
- Receive, create and confirm all sales orders and secure proper shipment planning
- Coordinate with planning department shipments out of PAMY and PADK (including PANL items) for above defined customers.
- Responsible for the contact with logistic partners and authorities on order/shipping documents.
- Responsible for all shipments out of PAMY incl. document handling in cooperation with PADK.
- Participate in creating” offers” for customers (main responsibility within sales)
- Handling of certificates, documents and shipping documents. Ensure all documents are properly processes according to customer.
- This also includes certificates/documents from official agencies.
- Handle customer specific labels, questionnaires and customer claims.
- Shall adhere to all company policies, rules and regulation and committed to company’s quality and continuous improvement programs such as MS ISO 9001, GMP and HACCP.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
