Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize IT performance: Oversee endtoend performance monitoring to ensure metrics and reliability targets are achieved.
  • Design and implement network solutions: Configure and manage network devices aligned with business needs.
  • Manage system updates: Implement new release for system components affecting operations.
  • Provide technical expertise: Offer technical guidance and support for fault resolution during escalated incidents.
  • Ensure service continuity: Backup and restore IT infrastructure components to guarantee crucial services in disaster scenarios.
