The Performance Media Manager is responsible for leading the success of clients' marketing channels, including Google Adwords, Yandex, Baidu, Facebook, IG, VK, Kakao, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat and LinkedIn.

The performance Specialist provides thought leadership on performance strategies and optimization; builds strong relationships and establishes clear lines of communication with clients, partners and internal staff members.

The performance Specialist is analytical and uses problem-solving capabilities to assure flawless program execution to meet and exceed stated objectives.


Job Description:

This role will be based in Malaysia, working remotely for the Singapore team on the Citibank portfolio. All remuneration and employee benefits will follow in accordance to our local Malaysia team.

Expectations of a Performance Marketing Manager

Knowledge:

  • Sound knowledge of top advertising platforms across search, display, social and video to inform media performance plans to drive client objectives
  • Strong understanding of martech, including conversion attribution.
  • Up to date with the latest trends in the world of digital marketing including cookieless and CDP solutions.

Account Management:

  • Assumes full ownership of performance media strategy, planning, and optimization.
  • Collaborates with other department leads to brainstorm, communicate service offerings, and identify and deliver novel client solutions.
  • Directs and manages the daily workflow of all clients on performance media
  • Reviews client deliverables for quality assurance and confirms that recommendations and work products are sound and feasible.
  • Comprehends performance marketing holistically and how channels impact client objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Over four years of media buying and planning experience, particularly in performance
  • Comprehensive experience across search, programmatic and social platforms including Search 360, DV360, Google Ads and Meta
  • Experience in planning, executing and monitoring performance campaign against client objectives
  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven problemsolving abilities and project management skills.
  • Proficient in using Campaign Manager 360 and brand safety tools such as IAS.
  • Capability to work autonomously and adeptly manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Possesses strong communication skills with senior client stakeholders
