Office Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 08.00 AM to 06.00 PM
  • Friday: 08.00 AM to 05.00 PM
  • Rest Days: Saturday and Sunday

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a leading chartered accounting firm
based in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, we offer a professional and supportive work environment.


This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field within a professional accounting firm.

You will play a crucial part in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance our brand presence.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage and update social media platforms and company website.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and organize promotional events and activities.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation and client followups.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Assist in Marketing Strategy Development:

Support the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to attract and retain clients.

Manage Digital Presence:

Oversee the company's social media accounts and website, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.

Market Research:

Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Content Creation:

Develop marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations to communicate our services effectively.

Event Coordination:

Help organize and promote company events, webinars, and other promotional activities.

Support Sales Team:

Assist in lead generation, client follow-ups, and maintaining a client database.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights for improvement.
