Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks including data entry, order processing, and customer followups.
  • Manage and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support in organizing sales events, promotions, and marketing activities.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and handle officerelated administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
