Sales Admin

Location :
No 8, Jalan perdana 3, taman segar perdana, Cheras Batu 9.

Working Hours :
Monday-Friday (8.30am - 5pm),

Saturday alternate (8.30am - 1pm)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales administrative and coordination work in the office.
  • To support the sales team by follow up and coordination on all sales matters
including documentation, sales processing with related departments.

  • Attending to enquires, complaints and to promote the company products
and to develop ongoing business relationship with clients.

  • Assist in preparing reports, sales statements and sales performance
analysis.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department and the
Management as and when required.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.

  • Experience in Sales/Sales Operation/Sales administration will be an added
advantage

  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa and/or Mandarin & spoken to liaise with
Mandarin speaking prospect

  • Good computer skills (MS Office/Excel)
  • Good communication Skills.
  • Able to work closely in a team
  • Selfmotivated and result orientated.
