Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Sales Assistant intern to support our sales team.

This i
nternship provides a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in sales administration while contributing to the growth and success of our company.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and updating customer databases.
  • Handle customer inquiries and followup communications.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations.
  • Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings and sales events.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Prior experience in sales or administration is a plus but not required.
