Job Description:

  • Assist in incorporating new company for clients.
  • Preparation of resolution, minutes, and statutory document for client's companies.
  • Prepare/ file company's annual return & update SSM on changes in statutory info.
  • Assist in adhoc assignments and administrative matter.
  • Other task assigned by management.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess basic skills in Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and a wellorganised approach to work.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
