Requirement:
i) 3-6 Years in Oil & Gas, Civil and construction industry, in the role of site HSSE advisor


ii) Relevant certification(s) in the Workplace/Occupational Health & Safety training or with a minimum Master's Degree in OSH or Bachelor's Degree (Any Engineering Discipline) and register to country health organization.

iii) Familiar with all aspects of building and civil facilities construction, testing, installation and commissioning activities.

iv) Have knowledge of safe working practices in civil and construction sites. Skilled in International Oil and Gas Producer (IOGP) RP 577 Requirements. Knowledge/skill in Shell's CSSS requirements is an asset Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels of the Project / Site construction organization

v) Strong coaching skills, influential skills HSSE Leadership and team approach

vi) Strong knowledge of Local Law requirements

vii) Strong experience in managing site stakeholders

viii) Ability to intervene quickly in an unsafe situation and implement corrective measures to restart works stronger

ix) Experience trainer

x) Regular travel and work at the terminals/construction site as per work requirements

xi) Experience in reviewing safety documents

xii) Fluency in local language (oral and written) where services are being requested and fluent in English (oral and written)

xiii) Experience in reviewing safety documents and developing plans for site executions (Construction HSSE Activity Plan).

Possess knowledge, experience and well-versed in:

  • Shell's HSSE Management System (Strong advantage)
  • IOGP 577/CSSS(Strong)
  • Local Law, Regulations & Permit (Requirement)
