Review sales order assigned and generate the work order into system.
  • Determine the required materials and generate purchase requisitions.
  • Establish the material status and provide the material order lead time to Master Scheduler
  • Schedule the supply of material to meet requirement and minimum safety stock levels.
  • Monitor and optimize stock level to ensure operational and production continuity.
  • Manage inventory issues, schedule changes, and material shortages.
  • Prepare regular statistical reports and analysis on stock level.
  • Utilizing any material requirement planning system or IT system that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date.
  • Co ordinate and reporting on the monthly stock take.
