**Qualification** : Degree in Business/ Supply Chain/ STPM/ Technical certificate

**Experience:

- **
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or store logistics planning
- Experience in maintaining BOM list
- Knowledge of supply chain management
- Having experience with data analysis
- Project management experience
- Industry-specific experience

**Technical Skills**
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- NAV System

**Job Duties**
- Facilitates timely planning of deliveries & schedules with Production align with customer’s orders
- Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of incoming parts arrival and production schedule to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
- Control parts issuing to production according to assembly schedule at all times.
- Update and provide parts required date to purchasing and ensure meeting expected arrival date.
- Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, logistic, production, quality management for updated BOM list.
- Creates PQ according to BOM List for parts ordering.
- Update weekly store inventory and production WIP.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
