Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading goods from/to delivery vans or lorries and warehouse
  • Checking that the correct quantity and type of good have been received or to be delivered
  • Sort, organize and store goods to the correct area in the warehouse, either manually or using handling equipment
  • Repacking and labelling goods
  • Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
  • Package items and label correctly
  • Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
  • Stack and organize large bulk items
  • Monitor, prepare and ship the required stocks to the assigned subcontractor and or customer.
  • Update logs and documentation in worksheet and system for inventory movement and processing
  • Move materials from facilities to workstations, pickup locations, or other locations as well as bin transfer
  • Wear safety gear at all times
  • Operate heavy machinery like forklifts to move or store inventory
  • Ensure workspace is free of debris, remove safety hazards from aisles and always in clean and tidy conditions
  • Monitor the stock level according to the setting
  • Perform replenishment activities upon required or based on the stock level setting.
  • Enquiry and request price and quotation from supplier
  • Perform stock count and prepare stock reconciliation report based on company schedule
  • Work as an active team member to complete team goals
  • Prepare documentation and inventory for audits
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma
  • Able to pass drug test/background check
  • Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
  • Able to work night, weekends, and holidays
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Familiarity with inventory software, and able to upload data into the company system
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work independently
  • Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory
  • Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
  • Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • 5 days work week
  • Able to work in Shah Alam

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
