*VACANCY: ADMIN CLERK/OFFICE ASSSITANT/DATA ENTRY/ CUSTOMER SERVICE**Job Scope*- Coordinate internal and external meetings, manage correspondence, and handle office supplies.

  • Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
  • Assist with E-Commerce admin responsibilities.
  • Provide customer service to online platforms in terms of messages and calls.
*Requirements*- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good command of both English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
